Common Questions
Do my QR codes stop working if I downgrade?
Never. QR code redirects work on every plan, including Free. Downgrading only affects analytics access — your printed materials keep working forever.
What counts as a tracked scan?
Every real scan by a human (not a bot) counts toward your tracked scan limit on Pro. On Growth, scans are unlimited. On Free, only your total count is recorded — no detailed analytics.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get access to analytics immediately. When you downgrade, your data is retained for 12 months.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is your trial — use it as long as you want with no time limit. Upgrade when you need more campaigns, QR codes, or analytics.
What happens when I hit 50,000 tracked scans on Pro?
Scans continue to redirect normally — your QR codes never stop working. Analytics logging pauses until the next monthly reset. You will never be charged extra.
